❏         Responsibilities include leading Product Management and Strategic Partner Management for a 20+ technical (developers, testers, architects, business analysts, product managers, system administrators) and operations (customer support engineers) team for MyBoeingFleet (MBF) Flight Operations Engineering portal that provides safety, technical and operational software designed to enhance airplane operational safety and efficiency for 1500+ airline customers. 

❏         Defined product offering for Flight Operations Engineering online software products, services and created a 12-month strategy + technology development roadmap that was reviewed and approved by Product and Engineering VP leaders. 

❏         Composed Long Range Business Plan (LRBP) by proactively identifying revenue opportunity and ROI in collaboration with BD, Finance, and internal teams. 

❏         Launched cross-device (iPhone, iPad) mobile iOS applications (Boeing Interactive Quick Reference Handbook and Boeing Onboard Performance Tool) in Apple App Store with airline customer end-users, 20% cost savings, and with strategic partnerships.
